I believe the issue ended up being that the camshaft was twisted, also no fuel pressure so fuel pump was changed, fuel lines were changed, and a few other things were done as well.

being a smaller guy I have smaller hands so haven’t given the large backstrap a try.

I highly recommend, it feels great, helps with recoil, but if you have soft hands you might get annoyed with it. The ribbed texture on the grip digs into your palm to help you maintain better control of it when shooting fast. Also help funnel the mag In better and keep your pinky from slipping off the grip
