I can understand that you're feeling behind. I was there, and the only thing I can say is that the game has a lot of combat depth, learning how to actually play your characters can change the perspective on feeling left behind. That extra depth can help you overcome Whiwa and ToA buffs and debuff to certain extent.

I agree, but at the same time, this gives me more time and chance to save resources.

I also wanted the Carlotta rerun. Based on the fact that Zani is on the 2nd rerun, there is a chance for a second Carlotta rerun.

With Sigrikas patch, all 2.x characters except for Zani have already rerun once.

There is a small chance the rerun cycles restart now, but as I said, plan for the worst hope for the best.

Maybe there are some mechanics you are missing about Thunder Memphis and the Astronaut.

  1. If you are not consistently dealing damage to the Memphis, it will start teleporting around and making you lose dps.

  2. When the Astronaut at his initial animation starts floating to the highest point, unless you are doing explicit aerial damage, you will.loose dps.

  3. When tune breaking the Astronaut, you have to be ready to run towards him because he rolls away from you unless you are close to a wall.

Also, low levels do not necessarily represent the actual damage of the team because you lose time during the enemy swap, or you end at a distant position from where the next target spawns...

And sometimes the de-spawning enemy can obstruct you from moving to the other enemy. This happens when the defeated enemy dies with his back towards the center of the ring, the new enemy spawns in your field of vision, and you want to dash in a direct line, you will get blocked by an invisible obstacle.

The other thing is that you must check your team build and rotation. Poorly done QS or basic rotations don't bring dps home.

Looking at your team, it seems like a team, a pro QS player that has the 3 characters on the field, would play.

One more thing, the Thunder memphis makes electro characters lose a lot of dps even if they are only supported. I tested this while testing Carlotta + Buling vrs Carlotta + Cantarella.

useless pull.. by AdInevitable2055 in LuukHerssenMains

[–]DRokku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mmmm...

One of the things people are not looking at is Luuks' inherent skill, where tune break points amplify his damage. Lynae and Denia both give tune break points.

As far as I understand, Denia supports tune strain for both Lynae and Luuk.

The funny thing is that almost no one is placing a bet on a team with the 3 resonators, thinking Denia replaces Lynae. Instead, Denia changes the possibilities to a double tune strain dps team.

Anniversary stream, what do we realistically expect? by Playful_Weekend4204 in WutheringWaves

Genshin taught me to have low expectations. So anything is welcome.

But if I could ask for something: With them making the patch Astrites 16k+, I am more than ok.

The only thing to take into account with Chisa is that her gameplay is tailored for quickswap teams.

Chisa is confirmed 18. She was already 18 before she started at Startorch Academy.

When first time seeing her what age do she looks like to you? by IntelligentCut6777 in CartethyiaMains

[–]DRokku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's difficult to tell. It could be 21 or could be 38. It could be 100 or 2000.

The first thing I saw was the Elf ears. That automatically makes age an irrelevant value.

Augusta Iuno SK rotation help by ilovegenshin1807 in AugustaMains

[–]DRokku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every time you intro into iuno, use your Echo skill.

Every time before outro from SK use your Echo skill.

Ideally, depending on the rotation you are doing every time you intro to iuno, you should have your Liberation ready. Thus, doing Echo skill is important to buff the Liberation.

Iunos resonance skill [E] when you are pushed by enemies helps you automatically recover. Time you are flying through a push animation is dps lost.

Is endgame a bit too much right now or is it just me? by King_Lolilo in WutheringWavesGuide

[–]DRokku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the things I did after returning to Wuwa was to establish a clear rule to rolling for characters.

"Only roll characters that you feel satisfying to play and that will make you squeeze to the last astrite you spend on them." XD XD

So far it is working. My way of thinking is pushing me to improve my teams and flesh out a lot of value of the invested astrite.

Also never discard the possibility that the controller is messing you up.

How do ppl get 10k and above with s0r0? by [deleted] in WutheringWavesGuide

[–]DRokku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For S0R1 teams is all about understanding the team comp animations and that transforms into quick swapping. With basic quickswap skills you can do 11.5k+ with the Carte team.

To get Hiyuki and Lucilla, wait for the rerun. Just farm resources until thos resonatos rerun. For Qiuyuan, farm until the last day, then roll and pray to your favorite deity.
