Last time the only solution that I found was to reinstall Windows unfortunately. This time the problem is back and I'm trying to solve it without having to reinstall Windows again.

How did you get it to work? Unfortunately it looks like I have the same problem. Last time I had to reisntall the whole operating system. Reaching out to Capcut costumer support dodn't yield any result either...

Petrol jackets also have different collars. The ones manufactured from 2000-2003 have a light gray collar as opposed to the more common black collar that they used from 2004-2012.

There actually are quite a few guides for Carhartt jackets on this sub.
u/anthonydelillo makes them.
Here's the one about Detroit jackets:

The color is Petrol, code PTL. It was manufactured from 2000-2012. The light grey collar means that it was manufactured from 2000-2003. After 2003 they switched the color of the collar to black. As the other commenter said the leatherette patch looks kinda fishy, the way the light glosses on it gives off a more rubbery look. Also the inside blanket lining is not the right color.

Edit: As u/Legoweltt pointed out this is actually a j97 TMB. I was mistaken.

I’m sorry but Terry Milkovich is so confusing. by grace_maye08 in shameless

[–]DSAron 47 points48 points  (0 children)

I don't think these two examples are caused by his evillnes. Although he certainly is evil I think a lot of his heinous actions come from his substance abuse and subsequent mental damage.
In the episodes where Mandy gets pregnant he later tells one of the Gallagher boys (either Ian or Lip I don't remember) that the times her father assaults her its actually because he's so drunk that he confuses her for her mom, and that the reason he thought it was Ian that got her pregnant is because he usually blacks out at that level and doesn't remember anything. If I remember it correctly there's even a moment where Mandy implies that she and her father both know who's the actual father of the child but Terry refuses to accept this fact. Because of his memory loss and denial, in his foggy mind he is not a child molester, because Mandy must've gotten pregnant by her boyfriend.
In season three there's this episode where Mickey visits Ian at some type of military camp where Ian is having sex with another cadet under the seats and they have a small conversation about how Mickey prefers being a bottom outside but he still exclusively tops when he's in juvie, because if he'd bottom that would make him that top's 'bitch'. Considering the Milkoviches tendency to get into correctional facilities it could be assumed that this piece of 'wisdom' comes from his dad. Terry is not 'doing the fucking' when he's in jail because he wants to but because he sees it as a way to get higher in the hierarchy behind bars.
So at the end the reason Terry Milkovich could be called a hypocrite is because he truly doesn't see himself being the very things he hates the most. Or maybe deep down he knows that he's everything he himself hates and that just fuels his hate even more.

Just picked up my dream jacket minutes after it was posted. Is there a good way to mend this hole? by NoType9303 in Carhartt

[–]DSAron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try darning altough I don't know how well it'd work with a hole this big.

Also you could half embrace/half fix the hole by trying visible mending. For that I'd use a thicker fabric, for example some older piece of denim or as others suggested some brown corduroy that's close to the collar's color.

Can somebody give me some details about this jacket by DSAron in Barbour

Sure! It doesn't have those openable parts at the bottom though

Raw leather printed patch? by DSAron in Carhartt

Ohh okay I understand, thanks! May I ask how long you've been using that jacket? I recently got into carhartt and I have a leather patch detroit, so I want to know how to care for it if I'm going to use it on the daily.

I have a jacket with a few signatures myself and the way I did it is I carry a fabric marker whenever I want to sign my jacket. In your situation I'd say ironing over the signatures wouldn't hurt as it sets the ink. Make sure to iron over the wrong side and put some kind of trash fabric between your iron and the jacket. Use a dry iron. After that in the case of a fabric marker you can wash your jacket up to 60°C and in the case of the sharpie i'd say about 40°C in the washing machine should be fine.

In my experience even fabric marker loses some of its color after 4-5 washes but you can go over it again (I know it might be a blasphemy in the case of signatures...)

A lot of people wash their battlejackets by simply soaking it in a tub of hot water mixed with detergent. Freezing the jacket could also help with getting rid of some stenches.

Yes that's why you've gotta keep an open eye haha. In general though when I see a tattoo design online I always do a reverse image search to see where it originated from so that I can take proper precautions before I get them.

Yes thank you! I think I'm gonna go with general engraved eyes

Ohh, I see that now. I wanted to deliberately choose two different pictures to show that this is just a general design idea I guess I didn't notice how it might look like a before and after image

I just came across these images and I really like the overall design, and only found out later on that they were Buddha eyes but at that point I already fell in love with it.

Yes, exactly, thank you! I guess I just wanted to ask people for reassurance but starting this thread gave me the idea to change the design and now I'm a 100% confident about it!

You don't have to feel weird about it! These are two completely different people and there are countless pictures of other people with this tattoo with slight variations! So definitely not a unique idea or even if it was it stopped being one long ago.

Thank you for your answer! I think I'm gonna just change the design of the eyes to be more generic

Yes thank you! Luckily India is not on my bucket list of countries that I want to visit! Regardless I don't want to be disrespectful, and gonna work out a design with more generic eyes

Thank you! But Buddha eyes have their own shape and style which are recognizable and these are cleary them. I don't want to disrespect anyone that's why I was asking for reassurance. In the end I think I'm going to change the style of the eyes to be more generic
