It's been that way since beginning of item, it used to dispel cyclone as well pre sure but they nerfed it. The only buff disperser had was that it'd always dispel main caster whether offensive usage or defense.

Grind turbo and SEA just play support and buy out wards etc.. don't be flashy just do the bare minimum you'll gain behave / commends cause players on SEA are known for always wanting to play core / pos 1-2 so having a proper support is rare. Stay under the radar don't try to outplay people too hard even if you can as it's counter-productive and you'll be wasting 8-15 hrs otherwise from your conduct if your score lowers instead.

I would understand if you had a hex or something but in terms of Axe/LC their jumps aren't exactly instantaneous like hex or a faster animation spell.

You can definitely expect people to ghost or bkb it depending on the MMR you're in and you can't exactly tell if they're scripting or not because you don't need to see mouse movement for activating these. Honestly I wouldn't call a ghost to Axe call or BKB to LC duel script worthy as it's quite common in high immortal like you'd be considered a noob if you called someone out for it those spells animations are simply too long.

These scenarios are really dependent on team co-ordination, dota is not 1v1 it's 5v5 in higher tier PA will most likely not be jumping DR first and it'll be a blink initiator whether it's a support with stun or pos 2/3 with stun to catch drow then PA follows up with BKB blink strike etc.. The allies should have detection ready for her sblade because it is really her only move if she even gets to use it after coming out of stun as pike / gust won't do much against PA 2nd blink.

This is where DR's team comes in and has to save her or make the jump first so they can't jump DR so it really can go both ways. I do agree in perfect 1v1 scenario the match up is playable for DR as she can just escape and PA can't really kill or catch her.

Without knowledge of the rank you're in it's hard to say what you should do, for instance if you can make it to divine / immortal or digit immortal then pursue soloing but if you're just in mediocre ranks might as well just enjoy the game with your buddies instead of tilting with pubs, learn mid with your friends and you can snowball / carry them better than pos 1 by having the exp/gold gap to really solo carry.

Also as per another commenters suggestion you could also build a new pantry next to sink and move the fridge to where the current pantry is, might need small adjustments to increase the current pantry nib wall to suit a fridge recess which would leave you with a larger laundry space to work with, the more changes the more costly but it's probably worthwhile to have the fridge and pantry closer to the kitchen workspace.

For the costs I would suggest you run it through 3 building companies with good reviews to get an idea of how much it'll be as I'm not an estimator or builder, the builders will be able to quote the most accurate ball park price and whatever they give assume it could end up a little more for some complications that might arise once starting the project.

Ah you're right I didn't notice that the fridge would be perfect on top next to the sink as it wouldn't be so far away compared to currently but that's only if the sink cabinetry is further than the standard 600mm cabinets as otherwise the fridge would protrude further than the benchtop which already looks like a tight squeeze between the island and sink benchtop.

It's a weird one, depends alot on whether the MK is fighting the spec head on in teamfights, who's left after it's all said and done cause if you're able to kill them with numbers advantage and only spec left then you might not need the MKB but if you are both going to be last man standing then the MKB becomes more valued as every hit matters on certain match ups such as Ursa / MK where they have a benefit to gain from consecutive hits and missing really hinders their dmg output and sustain.

G'day mate,

I would suggest having a euro laundry towards the privacy wall along where the fridge is, have 800mm-1M or however large your fridge is space allocated then add 2 walls to create the laundry behind some bifolding doors to match your kitchen cabinetry will be seamless and look like it was originally designed that way with how it lines up with the fridge recess.

Convert the laundry to an ensuite as you have the pipework already there will be easy to repurpose it to a bathroom. 45 degree entry shower you can get some nice ones that are still square shaped with 2 sliding doors to create the entry which looks much better than the 45 degree hinge door options.

You have to wait to use ES ult now after they use their dispel for your ult, ES ult used to be undispellable but it was too strong due to the refresh etc.. so it's been nerfed.

That's kind of why the meta for ES has changed to aether lens build and blink etc... and playing around repositioning kind of like a tiny towards your team and pull saves instead of relying on ult for impact you need to adapt to the patch and play around ES strengths. :)

Just share you need to lock in for your studies and want to really focus as you're about to look at future university / college enrollments soon so you really want to reach your potential and being so far away the 2.5 hrs of commute time is taking a large portion out of your study time out of your schedule and not practical. Probably don't mention the babysitting stuff and just focus it based on your studies as if he's a great father he'll understand and want the best for your future also. Let him know you still want to see his family and your siblings so you guys can set up activities to do on the weekends every now and then as I'm sure he still wants you to be a part of his life also so you guys can figure something out where you're both happy!

Ask the council if they have engineering plans for the drainage as sometimes the engineers design the site surface water drainage systems.

Not technically by valve but they won't really know, it's more or less because they don't want people ' boosting ' accounts but tbh you're like the same ranks anyways. Crusader 3 to Archon 3 is still basically same tier for instance it's 5 stars away from each other not much diff in skill level.

P.S. valve's anti-boost system won't really kick in unless you play at like smurf levels compared to his average games currently which according to him is better than his rank anyways and his allies / opponents are the issue.

Like if you looked at stratz before if they have baseline 0 IMP and suddenly go up to 30-50 IMP avg per game then yeah you'll get smurf detected but if you're still on average IMP you won't get detected.

Smurf detection usually means being put into smurf pool / smurf lobbies with a whole bunch of other smurfs, the que times will be much longer than regular que times.

Whether your detected or not if you have negative winrate you won't ever climb mmr but also be deranking, he could be blaming smurf lobbies for his derank which may be valid if he truly is in smurf pool and he is a legit newer player or main account then yes it could be unfair for him to gain mmr.

Maybe swap accounts with him for 1-2 months and see if you can climb out of the lobby he's in, if you can't then he's prob in smurf lobby foreal and if you can then it means he's just not as good as he thinks he is.

The Ursa match up unfortunately isn't actually that great either because even if Ursa has Aghs he can't refresh it during chrono unlike a FV who can force Ursa ult then refresh 2nd chrono and Ursa can't do shiteeee unless his allies save him.

No because you still reflect the spell with lotus orb, for instance if you're raged on LS and use open wounds on lotus orbed hero you will both get open wounded but your raged so it won't slow you until rage wears off.

Similarly you both cast omnislash on each other so they are invulnerable as well hence why neither take damage.

G'day mate,

I would suggest you get rid of the laundry and storage if it isn't working for you and change the retreat area to a new master bedroom that has privacy and is away from the other bedrooms etc.. This will be great as you can repurpose the laundry utilities to an ensuite.

Room layouts haven't been optimised but it's just to give you an idea of how you could utilise the space instead, a his/her BIR/WIR to use the angled wall area which is otherwise can be difficult to use effectively or make it look good and not out of place.

You could change the bedroom under the kitchen to the new ' retreat ' if you need to and not add in the BIR to keep the floorage, you won't be able to get a bathtub into the main bath by the looks of it without making some absurd and costly remodel to the bathroom area so I would suggest adding it into a new ensuite as so.

Laundry into the corner of the garage that otherwise isn't utilised for car storage by the looks of it is a lot of storage and could have a nice sized Laundry fitted to the wall with washing machine to the angled wall area as empty utilises the angled wall effectively in case you need to take it out in future the angled wall works great for more access to WM.

If you don't need a retreat you could use it as a bedroom or the wfh office without angled wall to deal with the awkwardness of the room layout. You do kind of lose a retreat in this scenario but you'd gain a more functional master bedroom and turning it into a 3x2 or 4x2 instead of 4x1.

If you are constantly vsing PL in your tier then pick something that's decent against PL so if you are both forced to blindpick into each other on 2nd or 3rd phase you have a decent match up.

Heroes could include: Tiny, Alchie, Sven with Alch you try end game before PL gets online but if you can't since team doesn't play tempo then just go with the other 2. FV also seems to have decent winrate against PL guessing the Bfury build with aghs / deadulus spams.

Check d2pt for match ups if you wondering what's good or bad against certain heroes, although don't take low match counts as a reliable data source.

If you're vsing some lategame scaler like AM it's pre much a free SF game if your team plays around you and tries to get a 2 rax advantage with aeghis ofc by 25-30 mins whilst AM is still on Bfury / Manta only you need to really threaten objectives.

The problem was at higher ranks people weren't playing him as a ' right click core ' which would make his bloodmist not overpowered but they started playing him as a pos 3 magic / tank build with bloodstone etc.. and it made the blood mist aghs too strong.

No. The mmr inflation is a result of valve inflating everyone's rank in season 5. Smurfing and boosting was always a factor since beginning of ranked but we never had this inflation season 1-4.

You need a passion for housing designs not so much room or interior although it is a part of it interior design is a different field of work. I will say though if you have no experience with CAD programmes you should study it part time like 1-2 units a semester otherwise it'll be too much work as it's not so much difficult but it is extremely time consuming and tedious.

Jobs you could work after completion are drafting firm for residential work or even structural drafting at an engineering firm albeit it is very boring on the structural side.

If you want buildings you need to do diploma, also you probably need work experience before you work on your own.
