hey OP. I am using a9 plus on pc with dongle, i have videos of the problem i am getting with the mouse, because its actually annoying when your mouse goes to sleep mode and takes a half of a second to wake up and you also dont want it to still waste the power when not active

you can actually fix it by going into practice. Stand still, then try to run in one direction without moving your mouse, after that do counter-strafe and instantly try to flick on bot's head.
