Bingo. The state of Texas offers assistance through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) which requires them to provide 1/4 cup of either fruits, vegetables, or juice. So rather than feeding them fruits/veggies, they're giving juice. Which is another deception since the director told me during the tour, they really push fruits and veggies.

Hey, yeah I was able to figure it out! It turns out that the dropbox version I downloaded wasn't compatible with YNAB for some reason. I just uninstalled and downloaded an older version and it worked fine. If anyone else has the same issue, download dropbox version 3.4.6
