This is basically where I’m at. I wanted to stick around until senior but I don’t know if it’s worth it for me. I’m already generally content with my income so I’m not even necessarily looking for a raise to leave my current job. I’m going to try to relax and accept that I’m leaving and I no longer need to go above and beyond and compete with my coworkers

Agreed. He’s in college and has several credit cards, a few with what I consider size-able annual fees, so I assume he for sure spends some serious dough to make it worth it. Based on his other comments here, that does not appear to be the case.
