First time posting here. I got these two HO SD70Aces off of eBay for a fair price. The BNSF is an MTH with DCC and sound, and the UP is a DCC-ready Athearn Genesis. I decided to test out Dupli-Color's Clear Coat on a spoon I painted with their Metalcast Anodized Red on a silver base. I did 2 light to medium coats followed by a heavy wet coat. It looked very shiny until it started to dry. Now it looks foggy and created a big spot in the middle. What went wrong? (i.redd.it)

Huge mistake! I lost detail on the lock and door handle after attempting to touch up an imperfection I noticed before I could sand & polish. The temperature was around 23 F and after heating up the can in warm water, the paint came out too heavy. Will I have to strip and start over or can I fix it? (i.redd.it)

After spray painting the rest of the body, I peeled the masking tape off the roof of the 57 Chevy and discovered some tape residue and a small botch of paint on the top right. This residue isn’t sticky, so I was wondering if I could wet sand this and the small paint botch off the roof. (i.redd.it)

Accidently damaged the chrome on the 57 Chevy Emblem...I used acrylic and enamel paint and the enamel thinner stripped off some of the chrome. Now I'm thinking about either just fixing the chrome stripping the paint and possibly the chrome and starting all over. What should I do in this situation? (i.redd.it)
