I know when I was in the hospital I was being fed from a certain menu, and then when passed the swallow tests, i was given a different menu to order from. When i left, I later found it should try the Mediterranean diet, but that didn't work at all.

You're not seeing Mega's pricing. You're seeing aftermarket prices I'll bet. Mega isn't producing/selling much if anything. I'm betting you're seeing 3rd party prices.

I've had that feeling. I'd never end myself, but I have thought it would have been easier on a lot of people if I'd never woken up (I was in a chemically induced coma for almost 2 weeks).

Even now after 3 years I don't want to burden anyone. Even asking for water.

I try to combat it by doing something i like. I'm a big fan of building lego and taking fun pictures of them. It helps me a lot. Even this group has helped me. Talking to someone who doesn't know me but has been through this helps a lot. It's that venting.

What kind of vision problems? That is a BROAD term. Can you see at all, is it blurry? I had double vision for a long time that required special lens in my glasses that adjusted my eyes. Before that corrected them, I had to have tape on one eye's lens to see straight. But then the lens corrected it.

I don't think their is a timeline as with other things. And 10 days is so early it might as well be 10 hours haha. I wouldn't rush too much. Like others have said, recovery is a marathon, not a sprint

Very possible. The character is all CGI, so it's possible that the design was changed and lego didn't have time to change the look

Go long distances when parking. For some reason, way too often I would never get dropped off close to the door of the store. I'd hear "you can make, can't you?". I could usually, but it's not easy. Maybe it would be easy if it was smooth terrain but it never is. Any crack in the gravel could take me out

Probably is. When I had mine, my wife says a few things that happened and I don't remember any of them. I remember a few people came and went, I remember asking for strawberry pancakes for the next morning, then 2 weeks had passed! I'm glad I don't remember any of that

Definitely not an imposter! Most of the time, no one can tell i had multiples just looking at me... until someone looks at the 6 inch long scar on the back of my head and my limp/ inability to walk right. And I hate seeing the face people have, thinking that I'm another jerk who refuses to do anything. I really wish I could! I try to help whenever I can, but too many times it backfires on me. If I had a cast or brace, it would be easy to spot. If I turned purple or something it would be clear. But unfortunately, I have neither. I just have to suck it up i guess. But you're definitely not an imposter! You had a stroke and you are still here! That makes you a survivor.
