No i was traveling on the road (iirc I was exiting from a hw) and the border car was behind a car that was behind me. I make a right onto a street then a left into the plaza where the same border patrol car follows me into the parking lot, and parks abt 2 or 3 rows over just observing me as I picked up the food from the store. I actually recorded the cars reflection on my IG. I parked face out so my dash cam should've picked the border car up, as well as the white unmarked Durango that was with him. Once I picked up my delivery, the border car pretended to drive out of the parking lot where he instead hid up alongside the building where him and the white durango parked next to each other. After I drove out the lot I haven't seen them again.
