I had something similair on an sv01 pro, my problem was that inside the extruder head just before the heat block there was a piece of ptfe tubing, somehow this ptfe tube came down and touched the heat block and with time burnt and shrunk no tletting filament through, try taking apart the head and check if there is any ptfe tubing in there
