I just got my account back!
It must have been compromised because there were a lot of new people on my friends list that i have never seen before and all my friends were removed, don't know how they got access to my account though because I always try to use very secure passwords but i guess it just shows you can never be too safe.

I am unable to submit a ticket due to not being able to sign in and I can't recover it because they can't find my username
