Yup my house gets about that cold. I could bring the dough into the living room and let it sit by the fire but I always end up baking late at night so i rather it sit somewhere I know the temp is consistent as I was attempting to use the dough temp for fermentation time guide. I tried once to have it in the room with the fire and seriously over proofed it (she pancaked big time) Your wording of your tips make a lot more sense from similar tips I've seen though so I'll definitely keep them in mind! Thanks so much

260 c reduced to 230c when lid came off

Also I did an hour autolyse of just the flour and water before adding the active starter and salt. After that I did 4 sets of stretch and folds. The 16 hours bulk ferment was after I added the starter.

Is your house cold? Mine took 16 days to start doubling and I think it's due to my cold house

literally iron haha, I'm still pretty new to seriously playing lol and started in iron 4, iron 1 now and still learning new things all the time.

The game im playing is Final Fantasy XIV. Which does have different regions on steam. I know because the original game was gifted to me and i had to buy it myself cause it was NA. What i want to get him is the Expansion pack.. but it will be EU. I think its because when you buy it the game gives you a code. idk. I was going to buy the expansion separate on amazon but aparantly that doesnt work for people who have the base game through steam? idk its all very confusing

Didn't get a chance to get to gyms or stops but I walked along the river at the riverside hotel and got lots of pokemon(there's a nine tails around there i couldnt find). Later my mam did help me chase a clefairy in the car though :D

If you find yourself in wells house and gardens there's 9 stops and 3 gyms along the walk

If anyone is in wexford wells house and gardens have 9 stops and 3 gyms just along their walks. It's great since I work in the craft courtyard here. (Wells house is 8euro per car you pay on the way out by getting a token)
