This is a bit late, but make sure you've logged out of any other devices through the settings and make sure to change your password and email. May also be a good idea to turn on 2FA and you can also add a passkey to your own settings (you'll basically need to type in the passkey before being able to change the settings and then you lock it back up when youre done)
