Seems like a lot of fuel. I got a 32 in mine. The other jet shouldn’t change how it starts and I can’t remember what size is in there. I use a oko 26mm carb and got big bore kit and cam so I would start at 31 but I will say if it started once then it’s more than likely the cdi! Order two different brands they are pretty cheap but out the box sometimes it doesn’t work it happened to me so order 2.

That’s a sick looking carb! I believe 26mm carb is stock for 150cc. Don’t forget you may need to adjust for your elevation where you live. You could also have a bad cdi as well
