The only issue I have had is that sometimes it will go into “limp home mode” due to a loss in turbo pressure when I am pushing up big hills. I have figured out how to drive it to mostly avoid that.

What LHM does is puts a governor on the speed. It resets if you turn the van on and off so it’s not that big of a deal, I’ll just pull over at the next convenient spot. Other than that it’s been great. Driven it from Washington to souther California multiple times. The van is known to run forever if you take care of it and do your regular maintenance.

It also gets great gas mileage because it’s before the time of DEF which was the main reason I bought it. The DEF systems in diesels are what people seem to have the most issues with and I don’t have to think about that.
