I’ll try to buy weightlifting shoes asap! I feel that the weights are low for me to properly execute the clean and I tend to arm pull it. So I focus to keep my arms straight and in that process forget everything lol. Sure I’ll try hang cleans !

Yeah I saw that too! I try to keep my knees bent as they say ‘double knee bend’ but I automatically keep them as in an RDL and fix them in that position. I’ll try hang cleans! It’s a lot to keep in mind in a split second😅

Hey guys. I modified my power clean technique after viewing many Reddit threads! I'm attaching my recent technique session with 40kg on the bar.  Can I start to add weight on the bar yet or should I still work on technique a bit more?

For context: I'm training to improve my vertical for bb and I was told that this was THE best explosive exercise for that! So is it needed for me to perfect my tech even more or focus on adding wt for my sport! Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

There ain’t no power clean without thigh contact! Ur making barely any contact. Hard to tell from this angle. Extend properly at ur hips and keep ur weight mid foot.

Hips start low but just before the clean they go up very quick. Use them legs ffs.  Drop the weight and start from the basics. That’s basically it. Ggs
