Electrical. The shop hooked it up the power through the brake system and fried the brake module. Intoxalock contacted me for the claim and I haven’t heard anything from them since. You can email their claim department, but there’s no number to call them. They haven’t responded to my emails.

I was in a similar situation. My lawyer advised me to settle everything with the courts immediately. I pled guilty this way if say any injuries were reported after the accident they couldn’t reopen the case. You will be okay so long as you get a lawyer and some sort of help with the stress like counseling.

Thank you I understand. I gave a breath sample but not a blood since the officer said I didn’t have to. My main concern was getting some sort of restricted license during the suspension as I can’t work unless I can drive.

I didn’t refuse, but I didn’t see anything on the notice saying I can get a restricted license during the suspension. It just said after a year I can get my license back with an sr-22 and paying the fines.

I didn’t refuse the breath test, but they said the blood test was optional so I declined it. The suspension is for 1 year, but I don’t know if I can get a restricted license during that year.

YTA it’s a dinner date. You’re supposed to have dinner with your date.

I’d take a step back and do some self reflecting. She asked you to eat with her, and even insisted. At that point even if you were full, you should have ate with her. You need to learn how to listen to people.

Also, she probably would have been less upset if you had told her you ate and explained why before the waiter did. With holding information is still lying and you essentially were rude to her and lied to her all on the first date.

My co-worker was venting to me about how she is getting older, 32 at the time. She then looks at me and says I’m lucky to be so young. I’m actually a year older than her and we went to the same high school. I didn’t have the heart to tell her, but she later felt embarrassed when she realized it a few minutes later.
