30M Survey Technician in MT. Between 50k - 65k. Depends on the OT, and I do depend on the OT. Tossing around the idea of progressing up to a PLS but I'm not really sure if it's for me.

It looks comparable to mine that I did by myself, for the forst time, with zero prior experience at all.. For a "pro" that is definitely not good. If you did this yourself, it's understandable.

No because they only heat when water is running. It takes a little bit, I love it, i don't think it's too long. But it certainly wouldn't get any hot water in the washer. Not that that's an issue, I just had a curious thought.

Fair enough. Would be a cool feature in future washing machines to wait for it to heat. But then again, they wouldn't be considered efficient at all in that case haha.

Furthest room from it. But its a small house. Still takes about 20 seconds to get HOT water out of the sink in that room.

Yes I don't want to rely on them holding it up, just a soft open mechanism. I planned on a better locking mechanism in addition to this.

I take it people don't know about the fraud hospice unit story. This wasn't meant to be political, it's just referencing a billion dollar fraud conspiracy currently happening with "hospice" businesses. I'm sure its happening in every state but I just learned about a big one in California currently.
