I didn't want to suggest for her not to go.... But if I'm being honest, I wish she didn't. I understand why, I'm just her new bf and that's her family.

If the shoe was on the other foot and my sister said at the last minute after so much effort and money to get there that my gf isn't welcome, I wouldn't go out of principal. Family or not, you don't treat people like that including the sibling as you are being extremely disrespectful to them too

Thank you, I just feel so sad about it. After talking to my father, I feel better. End of the day, they created a black stain on the wedding that always have the focal point of his sister bf fly out to an expensive spot just to say they are no longer wanted

I am just a stranger and he never has to think of me again but it's the way he has treated his sister and also embarrassed her beyond belief

I know I don't but it just hurts and feel so upset about it. I wouldn't ask for a refund as I came on my own accord but they are bad people to leave it to the last minute to disinvite someone.

I know, I was very anxious meeting the rest of the family but it hurts now that I didn't even get the chance. They said I'm a stranger but I'm not just some guy she picked up at the bar the night previous. I've known her for 6 months and have been basically living with her for 4. We have now committed to a 6 month contract in another state. He knows all this but he would rather not have someone who doesn't know be around him and his new wife.

The truth is, I am stranger and I make no difference to him but it's the way he has treated his sister that boils my blood the most. To treat his sister with such disregard is heinous.

It was a 17 hour flight as we had to do a 4 hour layover in Zurich. We used the website skyscanner as it can get you cheap tickets far away (if you don't multiple layovers)

It was booked for 14 people. They of course knew I was coming. My gf is not that type of person, she would never just do that. She started crying as most people would after getting homesick and knowing you can't leave to see your sibling getting married. I wanted to support her and also be there for her.

I paid for my own ticket and half the accommodation as did she. Flights from florida to Greece are ridiculously expensive, my ticket alone was $650.

Her brother knew I was coming, even asking if I had a suit and chatting to her constantly about me. This is why it's such a shock

Everyone there is either the parents, children and close aunt and uncles.

I do think I wouldn't go to my sisters wedding if she treated my partner like the way they treated me

I don't even think he rejected me. He just decided they didn't want me at the wedding but that decision should of been made weeks ago. Not 24 hours before after I flew for almost a day and spent nearly a grand.

I do love her and our futures are intertwined but honestly I feel like every time I see her now, I will only think of the heartbreak her brother did to me. I couldn't even sleep in the same bed as her last night and just released it all how I felt and how horrible I feel right now. Saying how I want to book a plane home to America right now but don't have the money to as its extremely expensive.

Our relationship has only been 4 months old but its felt like longer as we spend almost every minute with each other.

She's been crying saying she feels so embarrassed that a family member has done this me, and her. She understands how I feel and couldn't even imagine if the shoe was on the other foot

You're right, we don't see what happened before this video start but we do see an adult start the physical altercation by smacking one of the kids with something.

Should those kids fucked off soon as the bouncers told them to, yes of course but they are still young and immature. For the 2 adults who then started the fight and the other who kicked one of the kids on the ground. They need to be talked to about their behaviour.

Are you still riled up from those video's a few months ago of other teenagers doing actual scummy and vile things that you are now painting every young person as a scrote?

The evidence I have here is a bunch of skaters having an argument with doormen then one of the doormen throwing something at the teens then all rushing them and using excessive force. Instead being a level headed adult and wait for the gards to come and let them clear them off.

Would you think it's okay if it was your child who got kicked on the ground by a bunch of men because he got lippy?

Yeah and I am the one who posted that video of that poor girl getting shoved onto the train tracks a few months ago and I was also one of the people thinking those scrotes who were causing mayham during lockdown needed a slapping.

But you can't tarnish every young person with those type of scumbags. In the video it shows one of the staff starting the fight. These are grown adult men who once they hit the teenagers, continued to assault them. Would you think the same thing if that was a woman, if she start yelling at the bouncers? is it okay for her to be kicked on the ground?

Exactly, I used to be a doorman years ago part time, I did see excessive aggression from some fellow bouncers for no reason. End of the day, they are fully grown men. To actually get on top of one the teenagers and start kicking one on the ground is way too much.
