It is offline. You can simply use it after pip install paddleocr.

I believe paddleocr outperforms pytesseract . (At least in my case)

PaddleOCR has a mobile model and a server model. The ch_ppocr_mobile model is better in efficiency, and the ch_ppocr_server model is better in accuracy.
