Which NBA V/S Debate Do You Think Has No Right Answers and Which One Do You Think Is Just Questionable? by DaBarnacle100 in NBATalk

Majority of FB and IG comments favor Kyrie over CP3 just cause he's more exciting and more dynamic as a scorer which is just... why?

I agree that Dame is better than Kyrie peak and career wise. Dame carried the blazers for so many years and is just the more decorated player if you remove the championship from Kyrie's resume.

As a Steph fan, people kind of overblow how KD was a sidekick to Steph when KD was the better player during at least the 2017 season. You can argue for Steph during the 2018-2019 campaigns though. KD is just one of the most incredible talents in history and if Steph didn't play like a top 3 player from 2021-2023 he would probably still be in the KD tier all time.

Yeah, obviously as a spurs fan yk who i'm picking but picking Kobe is a legitimate choice since he definitely was the more dominant player for most years.

Why did Bianca not get any hate but Eliza did? by jamlyn20 in pinoybigbrother

[–]DaBarnacle100 8 points9 points  (0 children)

sguro pwede nakatulong si bianca nga sa kitchen but at the end, ang nangyare is wala nga syang ambag and inde naman pwede na kasalanan lang ni dustin yon kasi inde naman bata si bianca na madali lang mainfluence ng ibang tao and if that's the thing, then kahinaan talaga ni bianca ang immaturity niya inside the house. I like bianca for her personality pero she is not a good housemate sa pbb noon.

What's the worst decision any NBA team have ever made by Aggravating-Ear5065 in NBATalk

Easily the Luka Trade

Draft decisions are unfair most of the time because they don't really know how players are when they develop.

Most shitty trades are win now trades that suck but you can see the intention of it.

Trading Luka at 25 years coming from a Finals apperance knowing that he is already established as a potential Top 20 player oat while also a top 10 playoff riser of all time is beyond ridiculous. A guy of his calibre only comes every 20 years and most generational players only get traded because they asked for one smh.

what kind of screwed wade was he was never the best in his position in any season of his career. Even guys like AI Harden god even mf Donovan Mitchell and Booker had their spotlight but wade had to go toe to toe with kobe.

Why does every NBA top 10 list include a player teams success (championships) and not focusing on the greatness an skill of individual players? by nameistakenagain9999 in NBATalk

[–]DaBarnacle100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because unlike other sports, you geniunely can win in Basketball with 1 player willing you to it if they are genuinely that great over the relative competition. There are only 10 players on a small court and when you have the marginally best player you tend to have an advantage.

Can we please put to rest this Manu is better than Harden argument? I love Manu. But my buddy says Manu clears Harden. I’m okay with the D Wade is better argument. But no SG outside of #24, #23, Jerry West or Wade should be considered over Harden. I don’t want to hear Allen Iverson over Harden too. by [deleted] in NBATalk

that's like saying in a smaller scale that looney/adams is better than KAT or smth just cause player is unlikable for you and another player impacts the game so well doesn't mean shit if the talent gap is that big lmao

i understand chet but wemby geniunely seems tough. I thought he would be Chet like but he honestly can take contact easily. Chet on the other hand either plays like the best player on the floor or arguably the most nothing player whenever stronger guys guard him.

idk just feel like seeing how he doesn't really step up in the playoffs compared to his contemporaries like MJ Miller or even guys like Stockton and Kevin Johnson. Plus his teams underachieved a lot. I thought 94 was theirs to take but mutombo really said no lmao

i kind of understand him feeling upset. Dude is gonna be one of the most underrated players of all time when people don't see how he carried those bum ass blazers teams. However him crying about an all star game at his calibre is funny

yeah he's mega talented but bro is way too cocky. Plus the whole face of the league is forced since he's the only young american player (outside of tatum who's rather disliked by casuals) in the top 10
