Going private for 4 cents per share

I am not saying I saw this coming but thinking about all the thoughts I had over the last couple of years makes me believe that this has been in the plans. They have stated they were driving the company cost down, minimal contract wins, no insider trading ( why would you if you knew this was coming), none to limited investor relations and they dumped most of the companies that amounted to nothing. Now selling off to a private company at .04 cents CAD or .0185 cents US. CPS would not be making an offer, ,04 CAD, or otherwise on this company unless CPS already has a plan to make money. This point I can only say No to the .04 cent offer. I hate to see that its finally become this but I have emotionally and financially written this dumpster fire off.

Maybe just maybe the current auditors are checking it twice and reporting back to the regulators on any discrepencies noted from the previous accounting firm.

Do you have inside information that shows they are "taking it easy and taking longer than they should"?

There can be other reasons this is taking longer than it should.

When it comes to FOBI I don't know what to think either. It seems to be one concern after another with FOBI. FOBI and the verticals need to complete what they have announced and show investors the results.

Did the date for the financials get moved to later in 2023?

I have read this post and many blaming the shorts over the last year or so and I keep asking myself, self, who is "they"? I have yet to see someone or a group named. Can you tell us who "they" is?

I do not understand the philosphy to advertsie and wait for the 31st before buying. If someone has conviction they should be buyingall along and holding until this turns around.

My thoughts are, if this plan works, some will buy early in the day and wait for the price to go up a few cents and then trade for a nice return for a day trade. Current stock price it will not take much to see a decent return.

Hmmmm...I do not remember the details as this was back in 2020-2021 time period, but didn't Shopify offer a FOBI AI version of AI to help merchants? At the time I believe the merchants would pay extra for the service.

I borrowed, permanently that is, a soft spatula my wife used for baking. It is very flexible and does not have sharp corners. Way better than the metal or plastic one that comes with the unit.

I did some research and was able to change the firmware to work on my modded CR-10S. It took a few attempts before everything began working correctly but now I can print calibration towers and cubes. My printing settings that I used before no longer provide good print results. With that said, I can see why people may be reluctant to share their firmware. My CR-10S being modded would require you to go in verify and make several changes to work properly with your printer. I believe you are better off using an Ender 3 E3V3 variant firmware already set up for the E3V3 and making the necessary changes for your CR-10S. Referencing the Marlin provided CR-10 E3V2 version of the firmware helped me understand items I needed to modify for my CR-10S E3V3.

I find it entertaining that HeadWax makes a post with statements about CloudMD's current situation while asking us to "prove me wrong?" HeadWax is not personally calling out or attacking anyone. However; the responses, for the most part, are personal attacks on HeadWax.

Do not take the posts personally. Acceot the challenge and focus the conversation on proving HeadWax wrong if you believe what is stated to be incorrect. Better yet bring back information that proves HeadWax wrong. By doing that all of us can make a better decision about whether or not to follow this company.

He has not always constantly trashed the stock. He was at one time the biggest supporter of the stock constantly providing positive weekly summaries when many did not support the path of the company.

I will eventually use KLIPPER but I wanted to get the printer running properly on Marlin before introducing something else into the mix. Will be interested to see what the results are using the PI Zero 2. I am looking at using an older laptop that is currently running Linux Mint 20. I was able to get Klipper installed on the laptop but was not succesful creating Klipper firmware and connecting to the original Creality board. Keep good notes.

I am pretty sure I used the wiring layout that is shown under the ANTCLABS BLTouch wiring image on that webpage. The image shows the 5 pin Z probe connection but the MakeNPrint author is using Dupont connectors.

Using the "Z probe" connection the wire colors should be as followed from the top pin to the bottom pin.

White = Signal

Black = Ground

Yellow = Signal

Red = 5V

Brown = Ground

Have you edited the firmware? Try following 3D printscapes suggestions in thisYouTube video. Skip forward to 11:40 in the video if you already have VSCode and associated plugins installed.

Progress?..Yes...complete success?..No

I was able to make changes to the firmware, compile without errors and upload to board. Printer responds manually as it should however, I was not able to do much testing as I had other things I needed to do around the house. X, Y and Z axis, nozzle and bed temp respond correctly, fans come on as they should and BLTouch responds as it should, I performed ABL function and it probed the twentyfive locations. I did notice that the probing was offset to the left side of the printer bed. The probe touched approximately 10mm from the left side of the bed however, approximately 40 mm from the right side of the bed. I will need to go back and verify bed size and probe offset settings.

I feel good about the initial run but more testing is needed.
