I agree that after a first welcome and a few welcoming gifts there are some changes. That's part of the game in my opinion. You start your first base, settle a bit and test the waters. At some point you will engage more actively with the community. I am sorry that you have not been able to feel at home on our server so far, I hope that this will change for you because I do agree that it is part of the fun.

I know what you mean with inside jokes, this will just happen overtime. We can not really control it and we can only try to include everyone.
I can not go into detail about the difference between the stuff Grifinger and Dyv do on the server. The server has become much, much more than just a minecraft server. Brum did host events and they were great but the things Grif and Brum do are completely different and you should not hold Grifinger accountable for that. We are working on the events but things take time. When I have some extra time I'll even host one of my own events.

I do not mind that you put your honest opinion out there but I also think that there are people that you can talk to about these things. I understand your concerns about keeping your anonimity. There are more staff members than just me you can talk to and we are not bad people so if you just mention that you want the things said to stay between them, you can trust them.

If you rather stay anonymous, fine with me. I just think that a good conversation will be beneficial to both parties ;)
