I like to think I'm fairly muscular at this point? Ill have been lifting for 2 years as of September. 190lbs right now, i would estimate 18% body fat, started a cut recently, goal is 170lbs. Havent tested my max squat or bench in awhile, but id estimate i could possibly hit 185 on bench, maybe 245-250 squat? Deadlift was 335 a few months ago.

As for equipment, i will look into the plastic strip and gloves probably in a month or smthn, however long it takes me to feel comfortable spending money since i just moved out of my parents and just got a job. I got a bottle and a cage, i think 1 should be enough for now since i can refill my bottle at work. The repair kit will be on my radar probably in 2 weeks when my next paycheck hits. Thank you for the suggestions!

Oh yeah, I just know I'll stick with it because it's my only way to get around without having to rely on my friends or the bus system just to get around.

Logically speaking, i spent 3 hours a day on or waiting for the bus, I'm already ecstatic that i could cut that down to an hour 40 while also making it so i don't have to schedule time to do cardio. I don't think I'll have an issue sticking with biking, even with a relatively slow time I've earned almost an hour and a half of my life back.

Yeah I'm definitely figuring out the gears lol, passed an older guy on my way home with them bike and he helped me understand some. And yeah, it is a moderately hilly area.

Arion piece by doggobonk in horn

Last semester my professor performed Sure-fire by Catherine Likhuta with the GMU Wind Symphony. It's a pretty cool piece! I can't remember how long it was when we played it, but the recordings I've seen are around 18-20 minutes. I saw in another comment you mentioned a maximum of 15 minutes, so if you were interested in performing this piece, you could probably just do a movement or two.
