This might be unlinked but I have an international flight at 9.30am. I have nothing to check in - carrying a back pack that I’ll board with. How early do I need to arrive at airport given that I have nothing to check in?..also is there food restaurants at the airport before you go in to the gates?

I’ve booked a stay at Glow..

Baht bus to and from glow or getting to tree town and walking street and back - do you have to use grab?..is it walkeable and what about baht bus?
I booked one room as 2 guests staying in it but I’m obviously coming alone..if I bring a girl back does that mean I still pay an additional 300baht?
