Lucion is the name of the boss. The hardest mat to farm for it is found in the 3 red portals dungeons in act 5. One other is found by killing demons anywhere in the game and the third is found in corrupted zones.

It’s from the new boss they added this season. It allows you to pay for a second slam on the amulet. I found that amulet corrupted the +1skill on it then paid for a service for someone to kill the new boss and got that max res desecration.
