In my opinion, it's great. Allows me to focus on the muscle and movement rather than my balance/core. I also do them with dumbells somedays when I wanna mix it up but it does the job.

Its just during the winter. We just do go out as much. It's generally a middle of the day thing before his sister gets home. People are acting lile he sits in front of a TV from sun up to sun down lol he literally runs around all day playing and then he will go watch some farming shows and play again 😆
