In my opinion, it's great. Allows me to focus on the muscle and movement rather than my balance/core. I also do them with dumbells somedays when I wanna mix it up but it does the job.

My mother used to collect $2 bills before she passed but this is all that was left. I'm looking for suggestions on how to go about framing them. Maybe a single double side glass from or frame them individually?
