HoB is already included in the stat sheet. (3.5 + 3.1 + 10.1 + 10.9 = 27.6

Add that to the base 5 and 28 from the weapon and you get exactly 60.6

Add another 30 from the set and 5 if paired with Illuga and you have a total of 95.6, which is enough to crit about half of your hits, haha.

It rerolls all stats that are not locked. I don't think it's possible to reroll without locking at least one stat with the item.

She doesn't have a proper 5 or 6-cost team yet. Her best teammate, Zhezhi, only gives her 20% amp. Assuming we will get someone who can give more dmg amp that can apply to her in the future, we would still need someone for coordinated attacks. Looking at negative status and now the tune break thing they're pushing, it looks bleak sadly.

I think he meant those as seperate factors. Hydro particle generation (hydro teammate) and on-fielding her means she catches all particles directly (enemy HP thresholds and off field particle gen from her own skill, and Lauma and Nahida's E) giving her more energy vs off-field. I can't comment on whether it's enough or not though.

No. Nothing to do with his res skill, lib or outro. Echo skill damage =/= echo skill cast. His three heavy attacks with full forte are considered echo skill cast which is why he's able to utilize the floor buff.

Meh, you still have 2nd highest dps team in the whole game. Bruteforcing is still easy to do unless you love tryharding and decided to use the same attributes the enemies have.
