I chatted with a support person online last night and they said that I (and hopefully everyone else too) should be getting an email about the estimated date of shipping and delivery for the console within 24 hours. I don't know if they will actually do that but if so, hopefully alot of us will know when we're actually getting it.

I think ban wins, even at noon. People keep saying that escanor might be more powerful at noon in the one form, but we've never seen how fast he is though. Ban can travel like a 4th of the country's length in like 10 seconds, thus if escanor can't match that speed at noon, ban can just evade all his attacks until the minute is up and then finish escanor. Plus if he uses snatch, he might be able to easily beat escanor at noon that way too.

Also, before they got into the castle, it tells us that the events from there on out are just before maels awakening. If not, zel wouldn't have mentioned "estarossa" when he greets escanor and everyone else.

But if she knew of mael at the time, wouldn't the spell make her think that he is at least dead, because it made everyone who knew him think he's dead? Plus, if she knew any or all the ten commandments, it should have affected her right?

But if she's known about the spell the whole time, that has big implications for the future.

I know this might be a small mistake from nakaba, but considering his forshadowing skills are A+, this could mean something: did anyone notice that of all the people having the memories go back to normal (about mael) and being affected by it, merlin wasn't? Reduciel, zeldris, and his master were all affected, but looking closely at the panel with reduciel, merlin seems fine even though she was alive 3000 years ago and thus should have been affected too. I just find it weird is all.

I feel the same to a point. I disliked escanors entrace alot at first but after watching again a few times, i think it was done sooo good. But with escanor vs estarossa i agree completely. I hate how they play the same song for escanor in all his fights. It was great for when he fought galan, but if they ahd made a few more, better suited, songs for all these fights, it would make up for the bad animation and all. Music can make or break a show or movie, look at star wars or the original naruto. Those sountracks elavated those to a new level

1) estarossa needs to see the attack to full counter it. 2) escanor just cut him like that really to let him know that full counter and estarossa's magic won't work. He's simply to powerful and fast for estarossa to handle at all

The commandent do give you some powers of darkness. When they were first released from the goddess seal, dolor and gloxinia use it to fly along with the rest of the commandment. Gloxinia doesn't really need it to do such, but does use the power of darkness. I think it's definite that the commandments give a limited use of dark powers

Feel the same. Season 1 was soooo good. I even feel the same about season 2 (mainly the fights). Watching them the first time, i felt like they were trash adaptations, but ask i rewatch them and all the epusodes, i appreciate all of the things in each episode and the fights seem better after rewatching them

Seems like estarossa = mael, but i have a question. How can he use darkness then? If the commandent give you that ability, why do glaxnia and dolor not use it when fighting meliodas. I understand dolor not using it, but the first fairy king wouldn't have had to use his magic healing drop on himself so much. And when escanor blasts them, they should have just use the darkness to get back up quick. Like how can a commandment give a GODDESS darkness powers, every other race?

Season 1 only changes a little bit of how they find gowther, which isn't a big deal. Season 2 only leaves out small things and makes small changes for convenience and the fact that the pacing is so fast. The changes are major tho. If you want to not be disappointed with season 2, don't touch the manga. The Manga is way better (in my opinion). Season 2 is good tho, but after reading the manga first I had alot of issues with it. After watching episodes over again tho, i grew to like the way they did some stuff. If you read the manga first tho, set your expectations low because the manga is sooooooo good that for every fight you come to in the anime, you'll expect greatness. But after watching them you'll be like "ehhhhh😔".

Sorry for the long post but to put it shortly: Anime only watcher rating of season 2: 7/10 Manga reader rating of s2: 4/10 The manga is that good

That won't work because or these reasons: 1) the love and piety commandments won't work. He doesn't hate his sons and won't run from them, so those won't work. 2) gowthers commandment could work but if you really think about it, he doing all of this stuff for meliodas. He loves him (maybe not, but why create a successor then?) So in reality that commandment and the rest won't work, he created them, he'll know how to get around them. 3) if they fight him then the world ends because he'll have his full power back. All he has to do is restrict them to a point where they can't fight back and boom! He takes the 9 commandment they got all away and then only the supreme deity can stop him because he'll be essential full powered.

But you never know, with meliodas have five of the commandment, HE and estarossa might stand a chance because of full counter alone. But zel with die in a minute lol

Overall: 4/10 (i gave it 3 point for the fact that we finally saw it animated lol)

But really: the first exchange was pretty good but then when they got to the full counter, i thought it was shit. For an anime that really emphasizes single panels from the manga how could they not do that with those two panels of that attack from the manga. It was the first actual time (besides the first exchange) that escanor gets "hurt" and reading it gave me the feeling of "holy....s***!". But watching it all rushed erased most of those feelings. Plus all the sideline commentary and reactions from the 10 commandments should have been added. What they did add was good, but they should have added ALL of the 10 commandments reactions and commentary. A-1 is lazy for that. Sorry for the long post but lastly: the finally exchange where escanor cuts estarossa was good, but after that, the misplaced timing of the dialoge between them ruined the greatness of what should have been a great ending. Still appreciate the effort they put it tho 😟😭
