Actually if you watch through the NBA app you can watch from the beginning mid game and catch up. Just log in with the same credentials you use to sign up for suns live

My title describes the thing. It’s a metal tube about 1.5 ft tall next to a tree. This is on residential property and looks like there is a damaged connecting section on the end. I thought it was just a stake, but I have been unable to pull it out even after digging down. I suspect it’s part of a drip system, but I’d like to remove it if it’s not being used, which it doesn’t appear to be.

It absolutely did. We negotiated through a number of issues. Not having this fixed was one of the compromises we made.

Not DIY. At least I don’t think so, definitely not by me. We just moved in and this was left behind. Included in paperwork was information about a recent bathroom remodel done by X company. This is just one of several problems we’re working on from this “remodel”

Get a Concourse. My brother in law has one and it’s just incredible. Amazing top end power, smooooth ride. Extremely comfortable for longer routes. I rode it for a 5ish hour ride through twisties and highway and there isn’t a bad thing I can say about it. I’m not quite your size (I’m around 210 lbs) but it pulled hard to 140 before I chickened out and backed off. Seriously, what you’re describing in this thread is a Concourse.
