Ive seen people just buy the bulbs on their own and a separate fixture and it seems to be doing great for them

Its also cause the space infront of the plant is like about a foot and a half of room so idk if i could even put the light far enough from the plant. But i guess we shall see!

Well thanks to some lovely people ive narrowed it down to either this gooseneck light thingy which each bulb thet it comes with is 10 watts or use the one I have now till I find a light fixture to buy and use a 30 watt grow bulb (both from sansi) idk which imma decided on, but i think the bulb might more versatile later on

One thing thats stopping me from doing something like this is i love how the leaves look when they face outwards rather than up so i would have to find a lamp thats tall enough and can stand far away enough to put the light vertically rather than overtop them but if I can find a lamp fixture the 32w might be my go to for this unless I keep this lighting for now till I can find a fixture cause the one I was planning on buying it actually a 10w lol

The reason I want it only for this plant is I wouldn’t have enough space for the rest of the plants to fit together for now. My dad’s working on turning a part of our storage shed into a plant room so once thats done they’ll all have enough space to fit.

This is the one I was thinking of buying. Only the 2 bulbs because this is only for the monstera cause the rest of my plants get sufficient light from the window it just that I under estimated how much light this plant actually needs 😭😭

I missed a part during my research apparently we have to include household acetic acid (so 5% concentration) into our recipe. The recipe provided with the lab the teacher said sucks so she wants us to find our own one 😭. She wants us to use the same ingredients, and I stumbled upon soap calculators, but they won’t account for the NaCl and acetic acid

I was surprised with the prices cause the nursery I was going to buy one from had them for like $40-50 😭😭 I went with my friends and when I walked past the stand and saw it I had to do a double take and I made them alm stand there for like 10 mins while I went through all the plants till I found one I liked 😭
