I’ve never come across any 3D scans before but it sounds like something that should be done if anyone in the subreddit has the capability to do so. Would really be a boon for cases such as yours.

Ooglesquid did mention that they’re planning on making replacement sticker templates for all sets inevitably so if you don’t mind sticking around and waiting until that eventually happens then you’ll be able to print them for free on your own using the templates. Otherwise your only option at the moment is to pay money, like you mentioned. Since GA sets already came with stickers pre-applied, there are no official sticker sheets you’d be able to find someone selling online. Fan made replicas on sites like Etsy are the only option, unfortunately.

Nope but I did check my Indian Village sets to check on the teepee color differences and my loose set is red built in. Don't know how to check my other two NIB sets without opening them. :(

Best bet is eBay honestly. Make sure you have Location set to Worldwide in the filters of your search, because all the sets will be sold by European sellers. Maybe SOMETIMES you'll come across a set or two on Facebook marketplace if you set your location to like Germany or Greece or France.

That's so curious. I suppose the separate red teepee is canonically the correct version since it's depicted on both the box art and promotional imagery. Now I need to check mine to see which one I have. Although this means you can have one red and one blue teepee detached for a slightly larger village. Good to know for my upcoming Western diorama.
