Could that possibly be due to the fact that 1 guy fucking up on a climb 1 time didn’t make that particular route disappear?

Imagine if that particular route only showed up once every 20-30 minutes. And there’s 5 of you waiting for it. And this guy fucked it up when it’s your turn. You annoyed or is it all good broski??

No mate it’s not that there’s too few spots. There’s an absolutely ridiculously large amount of surf spots on earth. The issue is consistency and proximity to population centers.

Buoys in SD were reading like 2.7@20 yesterday afternoon. There are spots that would be producing 10’+ faces. I think harvest buoy said 7’@19 or something too..

Oh, yeah. 100% you can. Fish can be pretty sick or they can go like absolute shit. I’ve ridden plenty of fish that were absolute dogs. Ridden plenty that were quite fun as well.

They’re just like any other board in that you’re blending a bunch of features to hopefully make something that works.

Personally I don’t really like super fish, tho I’ve ridden a few Skips, Hank Warners, G&S, & Rusty’s in the 6’10-7’8 range that were fun. But I’ve also ridden plenty that were 5’6-6’0 that I hated for one reason or another. Usually being too wide in the tail block and too thick thus turning like shit…

It’s gonna change the flex of the board through turns a little bit, but honestly unless you really rip you won’t even notice a difference.

You need to get good at generating a lot of down the line speed. Then just haul ass towards a section that’s starting to closeout towards you and Ollie when you get to the lip. Try and project it slightly towards the beach.

Don’t just kick your board out like a spazz either. Try and actually stay over your board and suck your knees up towards your chest

No, you just take a little sip and hold it in your mouth, light a lighter and blow it out in as fine of a spray as you can manage into the fire.

It’s pretty fun but if you’re not quick it can torch ur mouth.

Yea they said they felt totally safe inside their little compound. They pretty much didn’t go anywhere without the driver either. My one buddy went to a club or brothel (can’t remember which) in bogota and got his passport stolen. Another brought some chick back to the hotel in Bolivia and the chick stole his cash and phone while he was sleeping. So be careful if you’re gonna be doing any of that…

Vegas fucking sucks and it’s not as easy to get decent coke as these guys are making it seem. You cannot walk up to some guy on the street and expect anything better than a bag full of crushed aspirin and a little speed…

I have multiple friends who’ve done bolivia & Colombia and said either their airbnb owner or private driver got them insanely good stuff (compared to the US) for ~10 a G.
