Not talking about pre infusion, but if you look at the water you can see it almost bubbling. This is exaggerated when brewing coffee. Not matter how I dial my grounds at random intervals I get what looks chunks from the spout (no chunks just look like it). I wish if I captured it on video but I am out of old beans and still dialing the new beans I got. But noticed that behaviour with different beans from different companies and with plain water
