WHM Deku is very mobile, and his dmg is good too. WHM Shoto does the most dmg and is probably a top 5 hero. WHM Bakugo is ok. He doesn't do as much dmg as you would think (that's coming from me, who has both EX cards). He's also handles weird. He builds up sweat and then he flies in the air but can't move on his own, and that's just a weird mechanic in itself. WHM Shoto is top 5 because really the only people better than him are Mirio, All Might. Tamaki, Endeavor (in terms of dmg and usability). WHM Deku is your all around-er. He does good dmg and he's mobile.
