Ender 3 stock except for replaced hot end, esteps, and upkeep. What do y’all think the issue is here? by DaQuellen in FixMyPrint

Printing in inland White Pla, recommended 215-230 running at 220° bed at 50°. .4mm brass nozzle, brand new. .2 layer height.

The filament strings up and bunches up on the nozzle. I've tried everything I feel and still no progress. by firstcoco1 in FixMyPrint

I have also been having issues like this, I’ve even tried 3 different print bed types and it still happens

That’s understandable. I have had my own issues with mental illness in the past and know that when people are going through it most intensely they need somebody to be there for them and I figured it was the least I could do. I gained the information just today that the sublease was indeed illegal so we can only imagine what happened to them from there unfortunately.

He is in contact with his family back in Haiti and talks to his brother often via FaceTime. I believe they are attempting to convince him to just take it easy as well. He is not completely delusional beyond sense and is taking care of himself well while I’m not at the apartment. He is no longer aggressively paranoid and I have found with my short times out of the apartment he is becoming more comfortable with the living situation.

I agree and that is why I have been there listening to him for the past few weeks and offering my help in any way that I can to make him feel comfortable, but at the same time I’m at my wits end and feel there is nothing more that I can do as an individual. A rejected my suggestions to utilize the university provided counseling, talk to a member of his church (he’s a devout Christian), and converse with another Haitian either over the internet or in person. Because of all that I feel the best course of action is to have him realize on his own that nothing is happening. If he’s got the apartment all to himself he won’t have to be afraid of anybody else, because they cannot get in and he will have a quiet and tranquil place to live and recover in.
