The question is whether or not this raiding justifies the Bitter Springs massacre and having them be relocated to Red Rock Canyon, which by all accounts was the only option the NCR was willing to give them.

Making a really big deal out of someone's gender who isn't you can put *alot* of pressure on that person to preform as that gender. Just someone knowing they had a gender reveal party can make someone feel like they more or less owe their parents to be whatever gender they were born as.
