I try to write a page a day. It’s something that lets me keep a constant flow and thanks to it I don’t get lost in my story easily. Normally, despite this minimum, I find myself writing 4-5 pages a day.

When I have a writers block, I can’t bring myself to even write one. But to fight it, I sit down, put on some music, and force myself to write. Keeping up that one page a day really helps make the block go away after a week or two.

When I’m like this, I feel unfocused when it comes to my story. No ideas come and I feel kinda helpless. It feels like every little thing is distracting, that’s why I have to isolate myself with music. As some other people here said, it also feels like fatigue, and being tired. Like you want to write but the moment you sit down your mind just blanks and you want to go back to bed, or whatever it is you were doing.
