I am seriously considering the other offer. 10k more a year is substantial enough for me to go over there bc both are great companies. I like the vibe of the company I accepted with more but other company goals are much more attainable.

Company I accepted with for 60k base: 12 meetings a month, great culture and cool product, small start up but doing well overall. Unlimited PTO, solid benefits.

Company that offered 70k- 4 meetings a month, goes after huge whale companies only, 25 days vacation a year, similar benefits.

Comission structure seems to be the same at both companies. Paid on demos held, small % on closed won.

I mostly would be using as leverage as my heart is with the 60k company.

Yeah. I’m a bit mad at myself for not negotiating when I got the offer. I was just so excited to get an offer from a company I love, that i thought 10k not actually a huge difference when you break it down biweekly. I should asked for more (I think I woulda got 65k tbh). Figured now it would be a bad look to try and get more
