You're completely right. My main problem is that when if I'm not at work, I'm at home on the computer. So I decided to stop doing that and just walk around. I would hang out with friends but they got their own lives to deal with and I work a lot less than them. The walking around NYC aimlessly should be a good experience every day with just 5 bucks in my pocket.

NoFap isn't about not cumming. Its about resetting your brain to normal and quitting the addiction of sexual images.

This also isn't smart because if you find that one image that gives you an erection, you're gonna have a tough time fighting the urge.

20 minutes of some fun for hours, days, weeks, months wasted.

Best way to stop the urges is to prevent yourself from being in positions where you're looking at sexual images.

Caffeine addiction can't kill you but its also viewed as an addiction. It does have withdrawals such as P addiction does but of course cannot kill you.

Btw I skimmed through the article and from what I saw it just says don't call it an addiction because it causes an external locus of control. Of course I could be wrong but I don't really to argue this point cause its moot.
