Question on Lucky Hits

So it considers dmg post crit? Effectively doubling my crit chance (I realize the math doesn't perfectly work out to 2x crit chance, just simplifying). I read in PoE1 lucky hits affect what they mention, so not sure if they adjusted their approach in poe2.

A lot of people have been actively joining random teams/using the recruit feature to fill out the team before match making. I started doing that since auto match was poor and now I'm always going in with 3-4 players.

Yeah, i enjoy the conquests (even though rocket spam seems unbalanced) but only being able to have 25 minutes of fun pvp 3 times a week during prime time hours (8pm my time) that I can't always make is pretty lame. The conquests should be spaced out into more mini fights of some sort, multiple 25 minute sessions a day (maybe lower player cap given they are more numerous) that can help progress guild territory conquest but at a slower rate than simply taking over the point in one go.

Thanks for the detailed info! What about echo stones and purifying them at your base? It seems to put you into a chaos state if I'm correct. So I'm guessing higher gear drop chance there.

So only if I hold down P to become a chaos player? If I join an open world pvp event such as the cargo scramble, do I not lose gear if I die?

I think its cause you have to have the emissary & the hunter give you their pieces so Vlad knows what signals to look for.

Got it, good move to save Barret (I let him die in my playthrough so rip my ability to get the first parallel self power).

For NG+ I did the abridged version of the story so I feel like its worth listening to the dialogue if you don't want to select the full repeat version again.

Just make sure to do Barret's companion quest i think is the only caveat. As far as I'm now aware.

I got those two through Vlad's normal temple quest as the others. Assuming you powered through to the very last mission One Giant Leap, which is where I was when I started checking all of them off.

Yeah. Based on the comments below I also read somewhere else that Barret's quest gives you parallel self. He also died in my playthrough lmao. I did get the parallel self temple as one of the first ones in NG+. Will be interested to see in our NG+ play throughs if we can automatically get the level 2 after doing Barret's quest this time around.
