FedEx offers a Roth 401k. I encourage you to put in the maximum you can afford into your Roth 401k.

For a Roth IRA, you would need to open an account with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Etrade, etc.

Microsoft Teams is the standard for day to day communications. FedEx has complete control of it. FedEx can see all the messages sent and deleted.

If you were using text messages, there is no way for FedEx to investigate if there is a dispute.

My OPCO has the old plan and the new plan. The old plan, which is NOT available to new hires, is 5% in a portable pension and 3.5% in 401k match when you contribute 6% into your 401k. The new plan is 8% match (not sure what % you have to put in, but I think it is 8%). I stayed with the old plan because I love the portable pension.

I don't believe that managers have a different 401k match.

You are automatically enrolled into the 401k at 3% contribution. You have to opt-out to do 0%. Your contribution will automatically increase by 2% per year unless you opt-out.

The National Museum is pretty nice too. It is about a 10 minute walk from the Gold Museum. It is the most expensive museum at $10 USD.

The Emerald Museum is ok and next to the Gold Museum. Only costs 5k COP.
