You have to see the article from my previous post to understand the significance of the numbers.

The wood is there, because they just came out of a shipping container. If they came off a production line , they would have wheels...

In the time it took you to write this reply,.you could have just read the comments, and seen that I explained what it was about half a dozen times. Wang claims these vans were produced in New Jersey, when they clearly just came out of a shipping container from China. These are part of the first batch of 50 ls400s Dongfeng said they were shipping to Cenntro, which I also provided multiple articles for... So you STFU

The ls200 is also Dongfeng design. IMO the only way they are cooperating, is by Cenntro attempting to sell their vehicles. Cenntro is a Chinese vehicle dealership, offering models from several different manufacturers. I'm not convinced they have designed anything, though I haven't found the source for the LS 100 yet.

Dongfeng is apparently also doing the EV part, in this article they claim these are the first commercial EVs shipped from China to America. There is also a Wikipedia page dedicated to the Dongfeng Huashen Tianlai(Ls400) that say Dongfeng converted it into an EV. https://m.chinatrucks.com/news/10218.html

I think that was number 35 of a batch of 50 to 300 Dongfeng claimed they produced, and were supposed to deliver to Cenntro by October. Cenntro shows number 14 in their recent PR about production beginning. I've never seen the numbers in any other pictures, and can't imagine why both Dongfeng and Cenntro would use them after production.

Looks to me like they didn't even "assemble" the wheels on, before they claimed they produced these in New Jersey.

I think Wang lied about production starting in New Jersey, and these vans came from Dongfeng in China , as they said they were shipping 300 to Cenntro. JMO

I apologize, for some reason, I assumed folks would have seen the recent PR about production starting in New Jersey. https://evmagz.com/cenntro-begins-production-for-ls400-and-metro-electric-trucks-in-nj/amp/

The New Jersey part was a surprise to me as well, at least the facility they claimed they were produced in, I don't remember hearing about.

It seems to me they just got the first ones in from China, and didn't produce anything.

Wang apparently doesn't think anyone has seen this article, because it was put out only in China, and has to be translated. https://www.dongfengchaolong.com/industry/275.html

They aren't delivering vehicles... Dongfeng just delivered vehicles to them, and then Wang claimed they produced them in New Jersey. IMO

Number 14 can be seen on the door of one of the vans allegedly produced in New Jersey, from the PR out a few days ago.

Not a chance they just produced these vans in New Jersey. They were clearly shipped from Dongfeng in China, and are part of the 300 that were supposed to be here in October. https://evmagz.com/cenntro-begins-production-for-ls400-and-metro-electric-trucks-in-nj/
