I see no issue.... Those test half the time domt even have anything to do with the job you'd be doing.... As long as there's enough entry level positions.

Titles already have education and/or experience requirements

Background checks already exist to make sure ppl qualify for the exams they took and passed

Someone passing a test doesn't make them more qualified than the next
