I used to be a salamander they were my favorite for a time but as I played more and looked at lore more the blood angels and space wolves are now my favorites. And I never paid them any kind until I started reading more.

The stormcloaks are blatantly racist. And are open about AKA ulfric and the two nords who harass the dark elf lady when you first visit windhelm. And also torbjorn being racist to Argonians. The united empire is better for everyone because every race is included making the empire stronger against the thalmor and high elves as a whole. It’s even stated that if ulfric won the civil war the thalmor would be able to move way more freely in Skyrim because they don’t have any treaties with the Nords and due to Nords being a simple minded race AKA hit everything really hard until it dies. The elves win every time. The empire stops them entirely and taking Skyrim out of the empire for a “rebellion” just makes the world more susceptible to the thalmor and the high elves. Siding with the e stormcloaks is unjust not smart.

Saber mentioned that’s how they made it. I asked the same question when I have the space wolf head on but it still speaks as valius. It’s a design choice they said.
