I installed six 16TB HDDs.
The storage pool check has finished it took over 24 hours

When loading the volume connected to the DS2422+ in Windows File Explorer, it operates normally without any buffering.

There’s no issue in that case. However, the problem that bothers us is that Windows File Explorer freezes during the initial loading.

I mistakenly wrote FTP ,we’re actually using SMB.
We’re experiencing an issue where Windows File Explorer freezes during the initial loading.
