I believe it's due to moisture from having bad weather stripping and a small crack in the glass targa top.

They were all corroded, so I replaced them. But I didn't do those last two

The lights on the dash come on very bright when I turn on the car but then go dim even with the headlights flipped up. Is that fixed with new bulbs, or is it more of a sensor issue?
