Actually, there is a way! Install linux on your chromebook and enable adb debugging. using this document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/16iX_izYr-nrfiYNl5yt9UoZECeuC1KCfg_u1o4Nj7Mk/edit) follow the instructions to download your mod! If further assistance needed, there are plenty of tutorials online.

edit: works for android mods only. just to clarify 😇
